Led global brand and marketing strategy in partnership with Brand Founder to drive brand awareness & sales growth during critical startup phase, focusing on US consumer & retail marketing, US direct-to-consumer e-commerce, UK retailer marketing, and global brand image & creative asset development.

• Led makeup partnership with Winky Lux, executing co-branded events, brand founder pop-up events in the Winky Lux NYC store, and creating the "LIPS & TIPS" nail & lipgloss product partnership driving both e-commerce with an exclusive co-branded set and social media content

• Led overhaul of brand website & e-commerce experience

• Led development of all creative assets & seasonal content campaigns for e-commerce, social media and retailer support

•Launched brand's first CRM email marketing program, achieving 20% mix of DTC sales & 73% list growth over 8 months

• Grew ULTA (US) account, closing RY18 +68% vs. plan by rebalancing basic business (+102%), promo (+30%) & new launches ($3-5K)

• Drove Holiday season DTC growth & achieved biggest sales day in brand's history (conversion +50bps, orders +96%, repeat purchase +29% & 68% recruitment)
